MyCard Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using MyCard you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What MyCard does

• Builds a digital business card from a contact on your iPhone, or from a contact file you import.
• Generates a QR code and a contact (.vcf) file for that card so others can save your details.
• Shows the card as a Home or Lock Screen widget and on Apple Watch, so it is at hand without opening the App.
• Lets you edit, restyle, duplicate and delete cards on your device.

MyCard has no accounts and, in its current version, no paid features. If paid features are introduced, their price and terms will be shown in the App and on the App Store before you buy.

3. Your content

The cards you create are yours. You are responsible for their content and for having the right to use any name, photo, logo or detail you put on a card. Use MyCard only for your own details or those of people who have agreed to it. Do not use it to impersonate anyone, to spread unlawful content, or to collect other people's data without consent.

4. Usage rules

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App.
• Do not use the App in a way that breaks the law or Apple's App Store terms.
• Do not remove or alter notices of ownership in the App.

5. What we do not promise

MyCard is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that a QR code will be read by every camera app, that a contact file will import identically into every address book, or that the App will be free of interruptions. Contacts, WidgetKit, watchOS and the Files app are Apple's products and may change independently of us.

6. Data accuracy

Cards reflect the data in your Contacts entry or your edits. Check your card before you share it; we cannot correct details that were wrong at the source.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cratox is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost business or lost data arising from the use of MyCard. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free app is zero. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code and trademarks are the property of Cratox or its licensors. Your cards and their content remain yours. You grant us no rights to your content; it stays on your device.

9. Termination

You may stop using MyCard at any time by deleting the App; this removes your cards from the device. We may withdraw the App from the App Store if required by law or by Apple.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published here with its date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are subject to the courts of Brașov, Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
