3.1 Mobile Application (Cratox AI)
Our iOS and Android app provides:

4. Usage Rules
By using Cratox services, you agree to:

6. Subscriptions & Payments (Mobile App)
This section applies to the Cratox AI mobile application only.
6.1 Subscription Plans
Cratox AI offers free and premium subscription options. Premium features require an active subscription, which may be offered on weekly, monthly, or annual billing cycles.
6.2 Billing
Payments are processed through the App Store (Apple). Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
6.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
6.4 Price Changes
We may adjust subscription prices from time to time. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.
7. Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date nutritional information:
- Data is sourced from public databases (USDA) and verified sources
- Some content is AI-generated and may contain errors

All content, features, and functionality of Cratox—including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software—are owned by CRATOS INNOVATIONS S.R.L. and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brașov, Romania.
