Bloom Terms of Service

These Terms cover the Bloom iOS application (previously published as "Hi! Languages"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related public pages on cratox.com.

Bloom is an educational consumer app. You may use the app only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms, or if your parent or legal guardian has agreed on your behalf where allowed by applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app is permitted in your jurisdiction and consistent with any local age or consumer requirements that apply to you.

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Access may be suspended or limited where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate misuse, or address account-related issues.

• Use Bloom only for lawful, personal, and authorized purposes
• Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or service
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls or security measures
• Do not upload or transmit unlawful, abusive, or infringing material through the service
• Do not misuse support channels or generated outputs
• Do not use the service in a way that harms other users or the operation of the platform

Bloom is free to download and offers optional paid subscriptions ("Bloom Premium") that unlock premium features. The Premium feature set may vary from time to time.

• Purchases and billing. Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and billed by Apple to your Apple ID. The price, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown in the purchase flow before you confirm.
• Free trials. We may, but are not required to, offer a free trial; its duration is as specified in the purchase flow. Unless auto-renewal is cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically and the displayed plan price is charged.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, unless auto-renew is turned off in your Apple ID subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Promotional offers. We may make promotional offers or discount codes available from time to time. Offers are subject to eligibility conditions, may be limited in number or duration, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices from time to time; changes take effect no earlier than your next billing period following notice, and never during a period you have already paid for.
• Refunds. Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's payment and refund policies, and refunds — including any withdrawal rights under applicable law — are handled by Apple; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to issue App Store refunds ourselves. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit or other consideration in individual cases; doing so creates no obligation to do so in the future.

If you downloaded Bloom from the Apple App Store, you and the developer acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the developer only, and not with Apple. The developer, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content.

The license granted to you is limited to a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and any applicable Family Sharing or volume-purchase rights.

The developer, not Apple, is responsible for maintenance, support, product claims, legal or regulatory claims, consumer protection or privacy claims, and third-party intellectual property infringement claims relating to the app, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price paid for the app, if any. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as such.

By using the app, you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You also agree to comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app.

Bloom, including the app, software, interface design, branding, story formats, subtitle systems, text, graphics, and related content, is owned by Alexandru Iliescu or by licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not give you ownership of the service or any related content.

Bloom is an educational and informational service. App content may include stories, news-style content, character-based content, subtitles, audio, and AI-assisted or AI-transformed media.

Some content may be generated, ranked, transformed, or assisted by automated systems. While we aim for quality and usefulness, we do not guarantee that every item of content or every generated output will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.

The service is educational only. It is not medical, legal, financial, or safety advice and should not be relied on as such.

Features, lesson formats, story libraries, subtitle behavior, language pairs, and other parts of the service may change, improve, pause, or be discontinued over time.

We do not guarantee that any particular feature, storyline, news format, or language combination will remain available indefinitely.

Bloom is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or that every feature or piece of content will meet your expectations or learning goals.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of Bloom.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service, if any, in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create legal or security risk, or where continued access is no longer commercially or legally feasible.

You may stop using the app at any time. If an account deletion flow is available, you may use it. Otherwise, you may contact support to request account closure.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's ordinary place of residence, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
